Team Training Life Changing

Team F45 unites for a worthy cause under the leadership of our Team Captain, Miriam Jackman-Pierre, who has been involved with the Valerie Fund for over 10 years, and Co-Captain Shane Timberlake, head coach at F45 Bloomfield. Inspired by Miriam's dedication, our F45 Functional Training facility joined forces with the Valerie Fund, creating an epic team. For the past three years, we have proudly supported this incredible charity, embodying our commitment to community and changing lives together. We look forward to continued participation in the years to come and are proud to come together to make a difference.
