Fighting ITP, One Step at a Time
Hudson was just three years old when he was diagnosed with Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP)—a condition where his body attacks its own platelets, making even small bumps and bruises a concern.
As parents, it’s overwhelming to hear that your child has a blood disorder. But Hudson has shown us what true strength looks like. Through doctor visits, treatments, and the unknowns that come with ITP, he continues to smile, play, and be the incredible little boy we know and love.
Hudson receives his care at the amazing Goryeb Children’s Hospital at Morristown Medical Center, where the doctors and nurses have become such an important part of our journey. Their care, compassion, and expertise have helped guide us every step of the way.
This year, Hudson is proud to be a Team Captain for Team Tait in the Valerie Fund Walk. We’ll be walking on June 6th at Verona Park to support children just like him who are battling blood cancers and disorders.
We’re walking for awareness.
We’re walking for strength.
We’re walking for Hudson.
If you’re able, please consider joining our team or making a donation. Every step and every dollar helps fund research, support families, and bring hope to kids who need it most.
Thank you for supporting Hudson and being part of this journey with us. 💙
