Shining bright for Valerie's Kids!

A few years ago, my wife Lisa, the NatureScape team, and I participated in The Valerie Fund’s Annual Fundraising Walk — and what stuck with me wasn’t just the mission. It was the energy. It was contagious.

The families. The kids. The strength in that park. The feeling that even a simple walk could help make a difficult road feel a little less lonely for someone else.

It reminded me how lucky I am for my family’s health — and how grateful I am for the people I’ve gotten to know through NatureScape over the years. It left me with so much respect and admiration for the families facing unimaginable challenges — and it inspired us to keep showing up.

That’s why Team NatureScape is walking again this year, with the goal of helping pay just some of our blessings forward.

Whether you’re local and want to walk with us or prefer to make a donation in our team’s name, it would mean a lot. And if you have friends you walk the neighborhood with — invite them too. The morning promises strong kids, feel-good moments, and will help you hit your daily steps.

Last year, Team NatureScape raised $18,000 for Valerie’s Kids. This year, we’d love to outshine that.
