World Subaru, Lead Sponsor of The Rook Run (and walk) to raffle a 2018 Subaru Forester SUV raising money for the children of The Valerie Fund

Maplewood, N.J. (July 25, 2017) – Rook Coffee has proudly partnered again with The Valerie Fund for The Fourth Annual Rook Run (and walk) presented by World Subaru (worldsubaru.com) to be held on
Sunday, October 8, 2017. The 5K run and newly added one-mile walk will take place in Long Branch, N.J.
Event festivities will be set up throughout The Great Lawn Amphitheatre section of the Long Branch Boardwalk located at 10 Ocean Avenue between Cooper and Madison Ave, just north of Pier Village. Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome and encouraged to participate.
Tinton Fall's World Subaru, led by Joe Wajda, Executive Manager stepped up their charitable efforts this year with a donation of a car. The sales team visited The Valerie Fund Center at The Unterberg Children's Hospital at Monmouth Medical Center and got to see firsthand the top notch care children from the area were receiving while battling cancer or a blood disorder. "The entire team at World Subaru is excited to partner with The Valerie Fund as the Lead Sponsor of the 4th Annual Rook Run (and walk). We applaud The Valerie Fund for their tireless commitment to helping children with cancer and blood disorders and we are proud to stand beside you and work towards raising money," said Joe.
Participants may register online at www.rookrun.com. Adult registration includes food, beverages, an official Rook Run (and walk) t-shirt and race-day activities. Children 12 years old and under may register for $25.
